Summary
Pro Machining Ltd is small engineering firm which specializes in
Precision CNC Machining. We are able to work closely with you and your
design team to ensure that you walk away with a product that works. There
is no hesitation from us to reduce your manufacturing costs while
maintaining quality. Should the initial setup and prototyping costs go
beyond your budget, we are able to work with you to spread this over any future
production orders, which results in a reduction in unit costs.
Expertise
Between all staff, we have a multitude of experience and expertise in various
industries over a vast number of years. We are able to utilize this experience in order
ensure performance to your expectations.
Prototype
In order to assist our customers in developing their products or to work on new
ideas, we turn to technology such as 3D scanning, CAD (Computer Aided
Design), CAM (Computer Aided Machining), CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled)
Machining. Sometime in the very near future, we plan to turn to 3D
printing as a part of the process. This, reduces the initial product development costs, which the
customer again, benefits from.
Production
Weather you have a production run of 5 or 500 units. We are happy to
oblige. Keep in mind, however, that the more units you have, the less the
cost per unit. It is the cost of setting up the equipment and the initial
programming that drives the price up.
Environmentally Aware
Pro Machining takes pride in environmental efforts. We recycle the
vast majority of our waste materials, recover and reuse trapped coolants along
with recycling any and all recyclable tooling such as inserts and broken
cutters. On the administrative side, we are working on reducing paper
consumption, and monitor unnecessary power usage. There are, of course,
factors that are out of our control, however we endeavor to do all that is
possible to reduce our carbon footprint.
